Test Shots
Before you try to photograph important subjects, we highly recommend you take pictures of several trials to confirm that the camera is operating and being operated correctly. Camera Body Temperature
If your device is used for prolonged periods, the body of the camera become hot in May. Please be aware of care and take it when operating the camera for an extended period.

About LCD
The LCD monitor is produced with manufacturing techniques very high precision. More than 99.99% of the pixels operate to specification. Less than 0.01% of pixels may sometimes misfire or appear as red or black. This has no effect on the recorded image and does not constitute a malfunction.

Video Format:
Please set the signal format of the video camera that used in your area before using a TV monitor (p. 100).

Setting the Language
Please see the Basic Guide (p. 9) to change the language setting.
