A few important things to note: • If your printer is connected to a computer, you can use either the printer or the printer control panel software to create your projects. • You need to attach your printer to a computer to scan. • You need to attach your printer to a computer to print. • You do not need to attach your printer to a computer to make photocopies. • You do not need to attach your printer to a computer to send faxes.

Try to solve your problem before contacting Dell by checking the following items. If your printer is not connected to a computer, make sure that:
• You read and follow any scrolling text messages on the display. • The power supply is connected to your printer and an electrical outlet.
If your printer is connected to a computer, make sure that: • The USB cable (sold separately) is connected to your computer and your
printer. • Both your computer and printer are on. • The Dell AIO Printer A960 is set as your default printer.
