The D2 recognizes maximum 500 folders and 5,000 files.
- If the drive does not appear under Cowon PC Computer or Windows Explorer, disconnect and re-connect the USB cable and repeat the previous procedure again [For Windows 98)
- To remove the USB connection in Windows software, while the USB cable is connected to a PC, the player is charged through the USB.
- USB charging does not work when the device is connected to a USB hub. It should be directly connected to a USB port on a computer.
- When using Windows 98, 98 SE, the “Safe to Remove Hardware” window not to appear. If this happens, Exit JetShel (or confirm that the file transfer status window is closed), and then disconnect the USB cable from the PC.
