TomTom PRO 7100 TRUCK GPS Navigation Device
TomTom launches the new 7100 PRO TRUCK GPS navigation system, providing truck drivers with an improved route guidance and a significant expansion of coverage of restrictions to access by large vehicles across Europe.
The PRO 7100 truck has a 4.3 inch capacitive touch screen for easy operation, integrated Bluetooth connectivity for hands-free calling and an 8GB SD memory card preinstalled. The device includes IQ Routes, support for LIVE service, Map Share and text to speech features. The route guidance device favors major roads, minimizes sharp bends and makes allowances for the lower speed trucks typically travel.
The TomTom PRO 7100 TRUCK comes preloaded with maps of 45 European countries for large vehcile route guidance, and weight and size related restrictions on access to information highways and connecting roads of 15 countries. The device is priced at Euro 300 or GBP349. [via itechnews]
