BlackBerry ® is a valuable asset of Research In Motion Limited (RIM). Your use of trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos or images RIM (collectively the “Trademarks RIM”) contained in the Guidelines Brand BlackBerry is limited to the licensed use in the agreement that you signed with RIM.

If a trademark license are not included in your contract with RIM, you may not use RIM Trademarks without the express written permission of an authorized RIM Marketing Communications.
